I have been incorporating my Essential Oils into my Yoga and Meditation practice, and since doing so, it has turned my Yoga practice upside down. Sometimes even literally. This month, my oils propelled my practice through my increasing pregnancy exhaustion. They gave me the energy and comfort to continue pushing myself. I am not ready to hang up the Yoga mat…and I honestly hope that day never comes. I really do love my Young Living Essential Oils. I try to incorporate a different oil(s) every month into my practice.

This month, I gave the new blend “Peace & Calming II” a try. I put a drop of P&C 2 on my temples to relax me during my practice...because I am now getting to the point in my pregnancy, where I pretty much just want to relax during my Yoga practice. I put 4 drops into my diffuser to diffuse while practicing as well. It filled the air with such a relaxing and pleasing scent! It was just what I needed .

I am still enjoying this challenge and have no intentions of stopping anytime soon...slowing down perhaps, but not stopping. Pregnancy is NOT a sickness. It is simply a variation of normal. Rest assured though, my Midwife is 100% up-to-date on all the poses I’m doing, and has continued to give me the green light to continue my practice…with some exceptions and modifications thrown in here and there.
