We’re travelling from Virginia to Arizona for my Husband’s job. We’ve got about a week to spend in Colorado with our loved ones, so we’re visiting with our family and friends, offloading some stuff into storage and tying up some loose ends around town.

There was definitely a Full Moon tonight!!! This shall be known as the “Bombs” post. There were Jager Bombs to drink…and I’m going to bomb you with photos, so don’t say I didn’t warn you!
The first half of our day was spent sharing our time with Grandma (my Mom). The girls had spent the night with her and were spending this morning and a bit of the afternoon goofing off together. They had a lot of fun with her! You can read about their time with Grandma by clicking here. Now, it is time for us to have dinner with Nic’s parents and spend the evening with them. Even though we were staying at their house the whole week, we really didn’t get to spend very much time with them. For one thing, Dad was working all week and usually our evenings were spent with our friends. Tonight, he prepared us an early Thanksgiving feast and we sat down with them to wine and dine.
Our meal was delicious Dad, thank you! After dinner was spent with Nic and Ma having a smoke break while I talked their ears off, and Dad and the girls playing in the secret hiding place under the stairs!
After a while, Dad and the girls moved upstairs to the playroom to have some fun and I forced everyone (minus the kids, obviously) to do a Jager-bomb together. Dad wasn’t a huge fan, haha! I love Jager bombs, but I love Tuaca bombs more…not sure why I didn’t get Tuaca…oh well.
Pip showed up to have some fun with us too! After a while, his brother Shark showed up as well. Shark is aptly named for his mad skills when it comes to Billiards. I actually knew him a whole year before I met Nic and Pip. He’s the one who taught me how to play pool! It certainly IS a small world! It makes me realize that I was destined to meet my Husband one way or another. :) (I didn’t meet my Husband through Shark. I met him thru my BFF Mouse. He was her boss at the time and I worked 3 businesses down from them.) Anyways, the Jager bombs went fast…we had to send Dad out to get more! Eventually, we switched to wine and beer. Yes. We got pretty boozed up. Dad watched the girls for us and we didn’t have to worry about finding a DD. All we had to do was stagger out into their driveway to our home on wheels once the night was over. Ha!
FYI: MHG was only drinking juice. My kids have never tasted booze and I intend on keeping it that way for a VERY long time!
Freakin’ Dad looks so creepy here, lol!
Ma showin’ off her “Mobwives” attitude, lol!
It’s time for the girls to get to bed!
They managed to fall asleep with no problems…despite our raucous.
Cindy woke up shortly after Pip and Shark left. She fell back asleep in my arms. After a really long day, I’m ready to go to sleep myself!
Today and tonight was wonderful getting to spend it with my Mom and Nic’s parents. In the morning, we hit the road…we are Arizona bound after all! I hope all of you are doing marvelous and I will talk to you soon!
Goodnight everyone. Sleep tight.
